My niece gave me her Canon Power Shot A75 but she lost the owner's manual. 1. Where can I get another one? 2. I am having problems with saving my shots. I am unable to save the photos I try to take on the memory card. When I try to look at what I took, the message says that there are no images. In the menu under tools and formating, where it asks to format the memory card, it says "busy" when selected. Eight KB have been used out of 224 MG. Can you tell me how to fix this? Thank you, Heather

SD cards have a slide switch along one edge. The position farthest from the metal contacts locks the card, protecting it from writes. The position nearest the contacts unlocks the card.
Things to check first are battery contact points, and micro switches that are located on the battery and memory card doors. Details on what needs to be checked may be seen here. It won't work for every case, but it's worth a try.
ah, the A75, great camera with tons of features. I think you'll enjoy it. The quick start guide can be downloaded directly from Canon here. The full user manual can also be downloaded from Canon here.
Also, please see this blog article if you later encounter problems downloading photos to your computer (especially if you are using Windows Vista).
