Actually it has a button - it's located right next to the antenna. But in some countries, for some legal reasons, the button is hidden or completely missing - like in the case of routers given as part of an account.
In the first case all you need to do is to put a pin thru the hole and press it . In the second case you will have to dismantle the case (just 4 screws) and join the point where the button would have been situated with a piece of metal.
