Contact the company that installed the unit. Its new, under warranty, Anything you do could void the warranty. If they do not take care of the problem without charges contact Carrier and tell them what's going on. The company who installed the unit is responsible for making it run correctly. SOURCE: Carrier Infinity Control Programming Issue

Open the flap, and press and hold the advanced button for 10 sec. you will be in the Installer setup screen. scroll down to the setup subfolder and select thermostat and it will be in there.

Problem with start button.

I suspect the start button. In many bikes the start button deactivates the headlight to provide full power for starting. This continuous load works the button mechanism quite hard.

Remote start wont work

Does the remote work? If the remote is working, then check the hood pin. Hold down the hood pin and remote start the vehicle with the remote. If the remote start fails to work,check the neutral safety shutdown switch. It's a toggle switch under the dash.

sounds like a starter. if possible without getting hurt maimed or mutilated, try tapping on the starter (best done with a rod standing beside the car) while someone holds the key in the start position. if car starts (works about 50% of the time) it's the starter. otherwise, if all lites come on, radio works, etc but nothing when you turn the key, replace the starter

Try putting the key in the key cylinder but do not turn it at all. Then try and remote start the car. If it works then your bypass module is bad and needs to get replaced.
