I have an HP LaserJet 5200tn printer that is only about six to eight months old. It just started to print out pages that are warm, but blank. I checked the computer and cartridge and everything else seems to be alright. Research seems to point to the Fuser. Does any think I am on the right track?
Try connecting the printer via the USB port on either one of the computers. Then test if the machine prints fine then likely possibility is that the Network interface card is faulty remove the network card and install in a different slot and test. If the same thing happens then reinstall the drivers and test.
Hope this helps
Thanks J

Check to make sure the photoconductor grounding spring on the left hand side of printer in the toner slide black plastic has not popped out of it's slot. Just fixed one a couple of days ago doing this.

in my printer the resistor R348 on the motherboard printer was broken. The value that must have is 10 ohms. I have changed and the printer has resumed work.

I had this same issue, are you able to print from the printer's internal test feature? If so try turning the power off for at least 10 seconds. This is just at temporary fix I am still looking for a permanent fix that does not involve replacing the printer.
SOURCE: Error 13.20.00 on HP laserjet 5200 jam inside top
This is a common issue and most times a bear to repair. There is a
sensor flag mounted on the paper feed assembly behind tray 1 which has
a habit of either coming off or the spring which moves it back a forth
comes out of its holder. In any case it is one of the worst repairs you
have to do. Many items have to come off to get to it and getting that
flag and spring on correctly even with the instructions is difficult.
Usually what will happen is you get the 13.20.00 error on power up with
no motor movement and when you open and close the top cover, the motor
will move but the same error reappears. If you are lucky it is just a
case of a shred of paper blocking the sensor flag from moving and worst
case of the flag having come off. You will need the service manual and
check the removal and replacment section on the paper feed assembly and
play close attention to the 3rd page.
sometimes this error also appears if a wrong fuser is installed in ur printer that is not ur model number.... have it checked
thank you
have a nice day
