make sure the correct plugs in the nintendo 64 are in their sockets (not that hard to do, as one is massive and the AV cable is small) and then make sure the other side of the massive cord is plugged into the power point, then plug the correct AV cords into the correct colours of the AV receiver (red to red, white to white, yellow to yellow) hope this helps
Sounds to me like you will need to plug the PS3 into a HDMI capable display and change the output settings on the PS3 to composite / AV. Then reconnect to the non HDMI TV. The red, yellow and white cables should now work.
Did you check that the AV cords are plugged in right? Red to Red, White to White, Yellow to Yellow?
Are they properly connected in the back of the PS3 not loose connections?
It could also be that the PS3 display settings are at a really high resolution for your T.V.
Try reset the PS3 resolution settings back to factory settings by turning the PS3 off and then hold down the power button for 3-5 seconds and you will hear some beeps it will load your PS3 resolution at 480i. Should give you your screen back.
Red=Audio, White=Audio, Yellow=Video Just put the red and white into the audio input and the yellow into the video input on the back of the TV. Make sure that they are all in the same composite input and not spaced out. Good Luck!
use the audio video cord that comes with the ps3, the one that has yellow white and red plugs, yellow is video and red and white is audio left and audio right. also when u turn on the ps3, hold the power button till the 2nd beep then let go
ok it should all go into your tv ok? and there should be a row of yellow white red or any order (ON THE FRONT). you should look on the back of your tv or side for alot rows of inputs and each row should be for an different input on your tv like input 1 2 3 4 5 6? you follow? so just match the colors up on the back or side of your tv or front do not hook it up to your cable box..........Ahh i see the cable box is using the yellow one well maybe unplug that while your playing or there would prolly be other (RED WHITE YELLOW) on the back of your tv like i said or on the side
Tuen your ps3 off, then turn it back on but keep holding your power buttin down until you hear the beeps. It will restore you original display setings.
#yellow cord in yellow socket #red cord in red socket #white cord in withe socket
now power the dvd
#Yellow cord in yellow socket there will be 2 places for the red and white cords #the red and white cords must be inserted in the audio, # you will see them next 2 each other insert them you it will work. For More Info Email To [email protected]
