In twilight princess, i can't move the spinning statues to get the third key shard. what can i do?

Are you referring to the Goron that rolls down the hill? if so, have you talked to the shaman at Kakiriko? He will tell you to talk to the mayor at Ordon Village. After taming Epona again, ride back to Ordon, talk to the mayor. He will wrestle you and then give you the iron boots, with which you can defeat the Gorons. Here is a walkthrough for the rest of the game. I had to use it my first time through the game every now and then.

Do you remember the room where you get to a door by Claw shoting to a vine then another then a third? Enter the room I'm discribeing at the lower level and claw shot your way across(make sure the wheels are spinning). When you go in the door, jump in the water and make your way to a crack at the bottom of the water. After you go through the crack head right and swim up to a under water bomb rock guarded by a fish that blows up. Hold Z on him and grab him with the Claw Shot. When he's in your clutches throw it at the bomb and go through the hole. Now go down and you'll notice another bomb rock. Blow it up to find ****. Kill it and go up to find a door. Go through the door and aim up with the claw shot. Lower your self through the newly open hole to find the Boss Key chest. Now go through the door in the water quickly to ovoid the fishes to end up in a tunnel. Go through killing the Bari with the claw shot to find yourslf back at the section where the second bomb rock was. Work your way back to the room with the stairs to fight the boss. As an extra go to th 2nd floor in that room and aim your claw shot at the medallians at the celing. A chest with a Heart piece awaits. Now go to the first floor and travel west(left according to the map) and make the water flow through the door with the stairs. Go through the door and go on the floating bridge. Defeat the lizard and use the claw shot to get the last heart piece in that temple.

You should be able to L Target the goron and press the corrosponding button to show it to him if my memory serves correctly.

You have to find the third Elder in the room that's west of the turret chamber because he has the last part of the big key. You need all three key shards to make the big key to get into the boss fight.

Are you saying that you have filled the 3rd room or are you saying that the water in the Rotating Staircase rose three levels? If the third room was filled and not the Rotating Staircase room, then it means you missed something and you need to go back. (There should be water flowing from three hallways) However, if the Rotating Staircase room's water-level rose three times, you should be able to reach the island in the middle with no problems.

Check to see if you have water coming out of three of the hallways pouring into the Rotating Staircase room. If one door doesn't have water coming from it (and has a little river-way) then you need to go back in that hallway and open up the waterway.
