If you are having problems connecting to the internet tell us what is going on. What happens when you click on Internet Explorer? Do you have an Internet Service Provider? Did you pay the Bill?
HI. I recommend to inspect the connecting wires at the control sector for loose, or cut connections. If the connecting cables are connected well, and are not loose, simply have the touch pad, or control board replaced, asap. I have posted a link to an exploded diagram of the control sector. Use this diagram to help disassemble the control sector for the inspection.
