Screen broke? or did it crack? If so you need to buy a new TV. The replacement screen is worth more then cost of a new TV. If the screen is intact, you might new an inverter board.
You actually broke part of the LCD Screen, you can replace the screen (or pay someone to do it)
I would look around on eBay and see if anyone has a good screen for cheap.
