Try wash on different cycle(I mean if you wash on heavy cycle try permanent press or light load cycle) does it still stop half way through the cycle. If it does not stop in the other cycles it is probably the timer which is part of the switch you turn to set on cycle. From my past top load washers that has been my experience..

I had the same problem, Since the outside temp wouldn't read, I figured it was the outside unit batteries. Went through half a dozen AAA batteries and wouldn't read. It was the indoor unit. Had the same bats I installed 3 years ago. DUH! Replaced the AAA, and all was well. When the inside batteries die out, it has just enough juice to read indoor temp, but not enought to sense exterior signal.
One looses touch with all the codes available, but normally if washer stops mid cycle its due to a blocked or faulty drain pump. OR incomming water is to slow or defective inlet sensor. Switch off and start from the beginning. See if you can get machine to drain by moving the timer etc. If not, rectify pump problem. Take note where in the cycle the problem arises.
Try turning power off, unscrewing the back panel of the machine and removing, reaching inside and giving the wheel which looks like a waterwheel (has 'fans') a couple of turns. This is the pump and sometimes small particles jam the wheel. Turn the power back on and if still in mid-cycle should resume and finish.
