Panasonic KXT Series Telephone System
Setting the time must be completed from an LCD Display phone at Extension 11, using the telephone keypad. This system type requires "Easa-phone" series or a 7000 series model telephone (the model number is listed on the bottom of the phone) that has one or more small switches located at the rear of the phone. Digital "XDP" phones can not be used on this system type!

The time o n my 7735 phone is set every morning by the first call after 2AM.
Did I mention that it comes from the Key Service Unit and not the phone?
Since my particular KSU is a TAW-848, it can be programmed from any display phone or from my PC. Your probable TA-624/824 system is programmed from the phone plugged into Jack-01.
It would be better to find and read the fine manual to get instructions.

With the phone idle, you keep pressint the * (or the TRANSFER key) until what you want is on the display. It uses one or the other key because the 77xx phone works on more than one system.

SOURCE: Panasonic KX-T773 reads "102:" instead of date/time
Your extension reads 102 because that is the extension #.
Press either the tranfer key or the " * " star key and your display will change to time and date or just the date.

I have the same problem, with the same phone. How do you change the time?
Have the same problem. Can't figure it out for life of me. Anyone know?
Same problem!
I aslo have the same problem with not being able to correct the Time displayed on our Panasonic KX-T7731 phones. This is annoying and I would really like to correct it.
how to set the clock?
These phones ****. I wish I never purchased them. Absolutely not user friendly. I can't figure how to change the time, and no one else knows how to either. The manual doesn't address it either.
setting time on phone
I am able to change the date and time but once I did that for day-light savings, now the display only shows the date where it used to show the date and the time. Anyone know how to get the time to display?
