mcdevito75 here, Sounds like the blades need to be sharpened, refer to the shavers brand name plus .com for blade replacement or replace the shaver.

This unit has a one year limited warranty with a copy of the receipt. Please return the unit along with the receipt to the Andis Co and we will gladly exchange for a new one. This product is not intended for use in the UK. Voltage converters do not always work correctly and will actually ruin your trimmer for use in the USA. It would be best if you purchased a trimmer meant to be used in the UK.

If the unit is less than one year old please also return a copy of your receipt with the unit and all repairs will be done at no charge. If the unit is older than one year there is a $6.50 service fee and $5.00 shipping. There may be additional charges for parts depending on what needs to be done.
