The Cstar Optics Cstar BW-750B 7x-50mm Waterproof Binocular does not require any batteries for normal operation. It is a purely optical instrument that uses lenses and prisms to magnify the image.
However, some binoculars may have a built- in digital compass or range finder that requires batteries. If your specific model has these features and requires batteries, you can typically find the battery compartment on the side or bottom of the binocular. The required battery type and number will be specified in the user manual or on the binocular itself.
If you are having trouble finding or replacing the batteries, I would recommend reaching out to the manufacturer or a trusted optics specialist for assistance.
Probably, but this once relatively inexpensive process became expensive under the onslaught of masses of very good inexpensive imported binoculars and other optics resulted in many repairers dropping out of the market - 50 years ago camera shops abounded in every town and almost every **** store/pharmacy/chemist shop would handle repairs or even carry them out themselves; mostly these have disappeared.
I think the binoculars would need to be something quite special to make refurbishment an economic option. The usual reason why repair is needed is either dropping in water, dropping on a hard surface and disturbing the prisms or any zoom adjustment failing...

What color is it when you turn on you Bushnell binoculars? I think this Bushnell 26-3150 is a digital NV devise that uses CCTV image tube. In other words, it not anolog operation, but uses a digital devise to convert the iit (image intensifier tube) analog signal to a digital signal. There are advantages using digital signal, increase pixel rate, low power comsuption, etc. stewbison. Call Bushnell Night Vision and listen what they have say on this matter. stewbison.
I'm sorry to say this. Not much. Maybe 30 dollars US on a good day on the auction site if the binoculars are in great condition. Zoom binoculars are not known for their quality optics. Jason binoculars have a small collectable quality in a niche market for old Japanese optics. Just to have not for their optics. Non zoom older Jasons are worth a small amount more.
