I have the same problem

Will not drain, grinding sound - did anyone figure this out on an LG WM3677HW

I had the same problem, I changed the water discharge pump and the drain problem was fixed. I still have the loud sound during the wash cycle but it does not coincide with the drum movement. I think a will pull the wash pump to check for lint buildup. people cleaning the lint trap will avoid alot of unnecessary headaches.

LG WM3677HW all in one washer dryer water not draining and have cleaned out drain filter. what now?

i had the same problem turns out it was a pressure sensor. as water fills it the tub air gets pushed into this sensor to fill to the appropriate level or to drain.

Lg wm3677hw combo washer drain pump repair question

You replace the whole drain pump. Pretty easy to do from the opening in the bottom by resting the unit on its back. (Make sure you drain the unit completely) You should be able to get the drain pump (pt #4681EA2001D) from http://www.encompassparts.com/lgconsumer/ for less than $50 + s&h.

LG washer/dryer combo will not drain water

easy first unplug unit..take back remove phillips head screws...now the pump drain hose is the other side of the filter in front just take a pliers remove clamp,,replace hose..close unit plug back in
