I have moved into a house with a key safe, but do not know the code to unlock any ideas?

Open the safe with your key (key slot behind the blanking plate btween the safe knob and the keypad).
on the back of the door is a plastic housing put your hand on the side of the housing near to the hinges, you will feel a small push button.
Press it once the unit will beep and the far right led will illuminate.
key in your new code (8 digits) then press either A or B.
Job Done!

It is good that you have the keys. Google search your manufacturer make and model and the word manual. If one is available, you can find it in the search results.

E-bar means the door lock is jammed, use your clenched fist and after inputting the code to unlock hit the door of the safe all around the key pad as hard as you can, you will hear the rods moving and unlocking the door. Spray the key hole with graphite. Should loosen up whatever is stuck.

Help please. Safe well safe is stuck on wall so am not able to acces rear end. We have lost the keys and don't have the code. Please help.

e-bar is not a battery problem, it means the door lock is jammed, either use a rubber malet or your balled up fist and after inputting the code to unlock hit the door of the safe all around the key pad as hard a you can, your will hear the rods moving and unlocking the door. I have just moved into a house that has a supra combination code key safe mounted on a wall outside the back door , it was put there by the first owner who died ,the second owner never used it and don't know the code,I just thought it would be handy to use as we are going away in June to France and its away of leaving a key in case the alarm goes off while away so a neighbour could deactivate it or the police so they don't have to brake down the door or if I get locked out I could have that key for emergencies so is there a way I could find the code for the safe please?

Try unlocking the round key hole. It should pop the mechanism out. While it is out, try your password again and it should retract the bars.
