It is 1 of 2 things, Firmware or something on the Main PCB has failed. Firmware is free. email me a request and serial number of TV (Barcode on white sticker on back). I will send it out with instructions.

You will need to re install the firmware because that is what ultimately controls that particular function

In most cases, the main board might have to be replaced. If so, a software [firmware] update too might be necessary

Try to dowmload recovery firmware from here:

After decompress it, run factory4.exe the connect device to USB.
Use first check device function and then firmware upgrade.
