When printer is on but can't do any proccess than what i do?

All that needs to be done is to install the drivers for your printer using the disk provided from Epson.
Then enable wireless/WIFI on both your computer and your Printer. Usually done with a button on the printer. Blue light shows it is enabled.

Then click control panel.
Right click on the Epson Printer and select to set it as default.

Now right click on this printer and select properties.
Print a test page, the button is found on the bottom right of the screen.

As soon as the printer prints the test page or alignment page place it on the scanner glass (Place the printed side down) before that Examine the scanner glass and white scan backing. Clean the scanner glass and scan backing if they are not clean. To clean the scanner glass and scan backing, use a soft cloth towel slightly dampened with clean water.
After That press scan on the printer button panel it will resolve your issue.
Try to double check it by turning it off and turning the printer back on after 2 minute's. If still the problem exists call HP Total Care 800 - 474 - 6836 if you are from US/Canada.
) Lift the lid of the product.
2) Place the top of alignment page face down in the right front corner of the glass.
3) Place the alignment page face down
4) Close the lid.
5) Press the Start Scan button.
6) The Power button light will blink during the alignment process.
7) After the Power button light stops blinking, alignment is complete.

Have you looked at the pinter preview to see if the information is on there before you print. If the info has dropped off befor you print, this could be due to the wrong format size of the paper. Sometimes the printer prints out two sheets which you put side by side for full view.

Turn off the printer
Clean the Scanner Glass with Lint Free Cloth ( drop 2-3 drops of water on Cloth, Squeeze it and Wipe the Scanner Glass.

Also try to switch/change the Wallsock/Surge protector socket since the Scanner bulbs are not getting enough power to scan the page

In HP PSC 1315 printer after replacing new Ink Cartridges the printer always prints Alignment test page every time you turn it ON.To resolve this problem you must complete the alignment process.

Steps

1.Turn the printer ON.
2.Once its ON, it will print the Alignment page. Place the page in the scanner bed correctly.
3.Then Press START SCAN button.
4.The power light will start blinking, wait until the power lights turns solid.
5.Now Alignment process is over.Discard the paper from scanner.
6.Turn the printer OFF and then ON, it will not print that page again.

Note:Please follow this steps every time when you replace the Cartridges.

Your USB cord may be too long, or you have too many USB devices running. Try removing any other USB device, except the printer and do a test print.

Do you see the light going all the way across? The printer may be having power issues. You should make sure it is plugged into the wall and not into a surge protector or a power strip.

If the light is not coming on then there is an issue with the scanner bulb and if the printer is plugged into the wall then you should call hp and see if you can have it replaced.

This sounds like your pinter is printing a self-test page every so often. Could be a lil' glitch in the printer. Try resetting your printer: 1. disconnect all the cables from it. 2. hold down the large GO button and plug in only the power cord. 3. Keep holding it until the lights start cycling or for 25 seconds, whichever comes first, then let go. The printer should go back into the ready state. 4. Reconnect the printer cable and restart the pc the re-establish communication. If that didn't help, it might have some malfunctioning component and requires a technician to troubleshoot! Regards, babb
