Hisense sero 7 liteon the drop down menu on top rite corner someone elses name pops up and when on click on it ,it does nothing. it wont go back so i can put my name and pic backu.what can i do?

There is a different name other than mine on the drop down menu from the top right corner.only name but no picture.My name and picture were there yesterday.Usually when I click on my name it takes me to screen where I can edit my name or change my profile picture.

You need to go into the accounts in system settings and change the account or delete the offending account.

Alternatively blitz the thing back to new condition by using system recovery mode.
