These drivers are compatible only for Window XP. If you are trying Windows 7 then you will have to take a chance. It may or may not work.

I just fixed this problem on the 4120 for a friend, What I did was first to install the drivers from the Fujitsu site so XP was displaying all drivers as installed in Device manager.
Then I ran windows update to patch it up to date and then I downloaded the drivers from the wacom site.

Then choose tablet pc from the first drop down and then os (xp in my case) from the second drop down. Reboot Pen working!
I might not be necessary to reset to factory settings. Just go to the Toshiba.us support site and download the drivers for the Tablet PC (that includes the WAcom driver, all the tablet PC extensions). If you have the Recovery CD, you can run it from inside Windows XP and reinstall selectively all you need. Just to set things straight, the screen of the R15 reacts to the Wacom pen only, not to your finger or some other plastic tipped pen.
hi the screen on the portege m200 needs the wacom pen and tablet driver just go to wacon.com the specific driver you need is this on Driver 5.05-7 for Windows Vista (32 and 64 bit), XP
you need the wacom touch screen driver, just go to wacom .com and all i did was download and installed the driver, i run win xp , not tablet version, and after the driver ws installed the table an pen worked 100%,
From the WACOM site you'll need the Tablet PC driver. -Go to www.Wacom.com -Select your location and language on the right -On the next page, choose downloads from the top navigation bar -In Step 1 scroll down and pick Tablet PC -In Step 2 choose your operating system -Follow the download instructions provided on the site from there
