All the dvds I insert are reading disk error.

try to insert any disk on your laptop and check if your dvd drive can read any dvd/cd

if it can but you just cant read any DVD movies then theres a problem with the codec

My Panasonic DVD Player Model S55 does not read the DVD disk. I get a H02 then no disk reading on the display.

Look at older disks and see if they are R- or R+ your dvd player may only read one type or the other. Look at new disks and see if they are R- and R+ disks. Some DVD players read both some only one type.

2. Try reading a prerecorded or original DVD disk for a movie for example, if it can read this then it means the DVD you are tryng to read were burnt at speed faster than what your DVD can read.

if its a burned disk some pioneer units do not read burned movies or music

When you say it won?t read are you trying to play commercial DVD movies or read DVD data disks? If you're trying to play movies then you need a couple of things the first being some type of player program. Real player works as does Windows media player but usually DVD drives come with a striped down version of PowerDVD or WinDVD. If you in fact have a player installed and when a DVD is inserted in your drive it doesn't play it may not be configured to automatically play DVDs.
