In the search box enter >>>

Then click on>>Washer dryers
Enter the model number, and get the instructions.

Sometimes there is a safety mechanism where you have to wait a few minutes after you shut off the washer for the door to open. It's like that with my (old) washer.

Hello Mikana, i have a brand new one and it also flashes the 90 and stain removel had the Candy eng out and it needs a new heater...all the electric goes throught this heater and if it detects a problem then it shuts down...the ones they fit at the company are not vrey good so the replacement is going to be better....ring Candy ........also if it has a large load capacity like 8kg don't under fill it it may send the drum of centre and this will stop the machine....self protection built in...hope this helps...cheers Dave

If the belt and the motor are OK, then tell your friend to check the motor coupler, the MCU (motor control unit).
