Question about HP DeskJet F380 All-In-One Printer
Computer is telling me it needs a driver that can't be installed on my computer

Click on this link to go to HP's site. From the list click on the operating system you are using. It will take you to the drivers download page. Select the one that is more convenient to you. Download it and save it in a specific folder in your computer. Afterwards, go to that folder, double click on the driver you just downloaded, follow installation instructions and you are ready to go. Select the operating system you have on your machine say windows Vista, Windows XP, whatever, that would take to to the download page, under drivers select the HP print and scan drivers, download it and install that in your computer by following the instruction.

please reset your printer. turn off your printer, leave it for 30 sec and turn it on again....
If you still have problem try to re install the catridges again, follow below instruction

hi,the reason why it most probaly comes with that error is that the driver is not meant for windows 7,so go on line check hp site, printer drivers and download.
