Where is the transfer belt located on a Konica Minolta C25

HDD Hard Drive failure

Remove the transfer belt. Then you will see two sensors located just below the end of the transfer belt closes to you ON the machine not the belt. there is cover you can gently slide it back and with a dry wag or gentle bush clean them you have to place you finger on the metal slide to slide to uncover them. pull slide to the front of the machine

I am going to assume you replaced the Transfer belt and transfer roller. Since you did not state that in your input. You did replace both at the same time. Cleared the counter for the transfer roller in the service mode?. Anyway the code P-5 and P-21 have to do with the registration sensor located below the transfer belt. On the right side of the machine. Where the edge of the belt is and exposed below the belt and behind the large plastic part below the belt there are two sensors one to the front the other to the rear of the belt, again below the belt assembly. It will require you the expose the sensors clean them. Worse case have them replaced, or the Main board!!!!. Recommend you have a Konica Minolta tech come out and do this procedure. P-5 is the front sensor failure

Remove the transfer belt. Then right below the fusing unit right where the edge of the transfer belt is located when normal installed right below where the edge of the belt would be. Are two sensors they are cover with the belt out and door open so you will have to GENTLE open them with your fingers and GENTLE clean them DO NOT USE AVACUUM CLEANER THE STATIC ELECTRICTY from the vacuum cleaner can destroy the sensors.

IDC sensors are located under the transfer belt on the right sid eof the machine. Belt must be removed to clean sensors. Once belt is removed sensors are located on a black plastic frame and have slideable covers that can be moved by hand to clean sensors. There are 2 sensors one machine front and one machine rear.

P 21 Color shift test pattern failure.Relevant electrical parts is the image transfer belt unit.
Wipe clean the surface of the transfer belt with a soft cloth if it is dirty.Change the image transfer belt unit if the transfer belt is damaged.Clean the 2 sensors located upper side of unit.

Open the front cover pull out the Cyan,Magenta,Yellow,Black image unit,clea used a vacum cleaner the copier inside.Open the right cover and remove 2 srews,remove the transfer belt unit and clean the transfer belt cleaning blade and the transfer roller unit located on the right cover.

Unit is in the right side cover. New one should have instructions with it, but I think you unlock a handle and swap, then lock handle again.
