You can remove or change the Window's User or administrator's password. You need access to a computer with Internet access to download the Hiren's Boot CD and burn it onto a CD. You can set a user password from inside Windows. From the configuration panel look for an icon that represents two persons and click on it. Follow instructions on setting a user password.
You can also set a password on boot but you have to be careful: If you forget it you cannot open the tablet to remove the password. You will need to take the computer to a Toshiba Certified Service Center.

To set the password on boot you can use the BIOS SetUp configuration or a Toshiba Windows applications (HRWset).

A hard drive password can only be removed by the person who knows the password because then it can be cleared thru the BIOS.

Otherwise the only other way around it is the buy a new hard drive so it doesn't have a password and you can then reinstall the operating system on the hard drive and then put the drivers on it and any other programs that you want on it.
