Danby DDW611WLED Error code E-1 is for water supply not correct. Found it was the drain hose that was plugged and cleared it. Dishwasher was beeping and could not pump out the water. Power stays on and can't be turned off except by opening the door. Working fine now.

Good Morning Brian,

I understand that you are receiving an error code 1 on your Electrolux dishwasher, model# EWDW6505GS. Error 1 is stating that water has been detected underneath the tub. Check underneath your dishwasher by taking off the kick plate below the door. If you do not notice any water underneath the tub or any types of leaking, I suggest resetting your appliance, by either unplugging it or shutting the power off at your home's circuit breaker for 20-30 minutes. When the time has passed, restore power, and run any cycle. If you are still receiving error code 1, I suggest you contact your local authorized technician for further assistance. Hope this is helpful.

SOURCE: What does L1 error code mean on an Electrolux

The only solution I can come up with for this one is that L1 is a Leak Detector problem-When water is detected under the tub. I spent an hour researching this issue. I've never come across this one before.

I have an error code on my Electrolux dishwasher EO?

Hello Judy, thank you for your post!
I understand that your Electrolux dishwasher is displaying an error code of "EO". The error code "EO" means that you could have a possible issue with the flow controller. I would recommend performing a reset on your dishwasher and this could help clear out any potential miscommunications. You can reset the dishwasher by disconnecting power from it for at least ten minutes. If the reset does not help correct the error code I would recommend having a professional technician out to perform a full diagnosis. Hopefully this information is helpful to you. -Matt

ELECTROLUX WAVE TOUCH GIVING ERROR CODE 4

Hello JOHN, thanks for your post!
From the information you have provided your Electrolux dishwasher is displaying error code 4. "E4" stands for drying damper which means it could be a potential problem with your damper or the main control. I would recommend performing a reset and that could clear any false error codes. To reset your dishwasher flip the household circuit breaker off for roughly ten minutes. If that does not help correct the issue I would recommend having a professional technician out to properly repair it. Good luck. -Matt

What is error code 1 mean?

Good Morning Friend,

I understand you are receiving an error code "1" on your Electrolux dishwasher. Error code "1" is a leak detector. This does not necessarily mean that there is a leak. This could be a false code. I suggest resetting your appliance, by either unplugging it or shutting the power off at the circuit breaker, for 20-30 minutes. Restore power and start any cycle. I ask that you please follow up with a comment on the post, at your convenience, to advise if further troubleshooting is needed or if your appliances status has changed successfully. Hope this is helpful.

What additional parts may fix error code 11 on electrolux EDW7505HPS0A

Good Afternoon Friend, thank you for your post!

If you are receiving an error code E11 on your Electrolux dishwasher (EDW7505HPS0A), it usually means that you are experiencing a problem with the drain valve. If you have already replaced the vale and pump, at this point, I would recommend reaching out to a professional or alternatively, visit the manufacturer website for a comprehensive listing of appliance techs in your area that can ensure the wiring between the main control and the drain valve was correctly installed. Best regards! - Z

Error code 6

Good Morning sewblessed - Generally, error code E06 means that when the unit is in the dry cycle, the control does not receive the proper speed feedback from the lower fan. One of the best ways to determine if this is a false error code is to reset the power to the appliance by either unplugging it or flipping off the breaker for about 30 seconds. If the error code persists, then more than likely the lower fan will need replacing and I would recommend connecting with an experienced appliance repair tech to assist further.

Kenmore dishwasher 461.14352 is giving me an E5 error message, which I think means a fault with the temperature sensor. Where is the temperature sensor, and is this something I can fix myself?

This code means the washer is telling you it didn't heat the water. This likely means the heating element is burned out. You should call someone to repair this as it's not likely something you can repair yourself.
