Loud pop when I was baking with the oven on Convection bake

I have a Frigidaire Professional Series Stove. The model number is CPES389CC1. It is about 6 years old. After the loud popping sound the clock display does not work (like it does not have power). The oven does have power though because the top burners still work.

Loud pop and light behind stove. Stove top works, oven does not.

Good Morning Stephanie - Typically you may locate the model and serial number in the storage drawer, on the right side. Based on the symptoms you are describing, you may either have a communication error from the main control board or a faulty bake and/or broiler element. If resetting the unit did not solved the issue, at this point I would personally contact a professional to accurately diagnose the range to determine the root cause to reduce the risk of unnecessary parts.

Put an oven thermometer in the oven on convection bake and check the actual temp inside. I'll bet it's not maintaining the correct temp in convection.

Yesterday I heard a loud pop from inside the stove. Frigidaire smooth top professional series just about 5 years old. Looked inside and my parchment paper had caught on fire which had never happned before...

Is this an oven or the cook top?

A blown oven element is possible. You may still be able to bake but the oven will seem to take forever to warm up. An easy check would be to crank the heat up full bore and put your hand near the top then the bottom. You should feel more intense heat the nearer you get to a working element.
