I bought a dell latitude 2110 without integrated webcam and i bought webcam to put on it but it started to hit up the webcam.

You may need to get a webcam that is compatible to your computer. Contact the maker of the webcam you purchased to find out what is wrong with the webcam.

Restore factory settings on Dell Latitude 2110
