Where can I get a new powercord for my cd102?

Radio Shack sells about half a dozen different power cords. I am not familiar with the Lenoxx cord specifically, but it is a good possibility that they carry one that will work.

There is none.

If it is a Desktop Computer (case) you will need a new power supply or a different one to test if that is really the problem.

on a laptop, try holding the power button for ~40secs with all power diconnected (no battery and no powercord).
then re-plug the powercord to see if it will turn on. Try a different powercord if it still wont turn on, or have it tested at an electronics store.

There is a pretty good chance that this boombox uses the same plugs as sony so you should check their PS2 fat cables and their PS2 power brick cables to see if any of those match. Ps2 power cords

Look for a friend around and trouble shoot swapping the power cords. But I believe it must be your power cord that should be replaced.

Have you tried a new power AC/DC convertor ? make sure you have the correct spec...see manual for power adaptor needed. Cost less if you can get a loan of one. other than this i would be looking into checking the power jack. hope this helps

Which powercord to use?

In the bottom of the laptop you can find the input required, make sure the voltage matches the requirement and the connection is the right way.

from what you said I can't tell if its too stong, can you adjust the voltage? look in the bottom it is documented there on a label.
