SOURCE: Wash Temp will not get above 140

It depends on the design & the programming. By chance if the thermostat is faulty this can happen. However refer user manual and consult the service provider or the manufacturer!

I have exactly the same problem. I am currently getting around the issue by letting the machine do the washing then at the end of that cycle do a manual rinse cycle.

When my machine goes through the rinse cycle it will only fill with hot water. It fills with warm water during the wash cycle.

Your hoses are reversed.

Hobart LX30H washing to hot.

what temp is it washing at. washing should not be the problem. This machine is designed to rinse at 180 degrees + to sanitize dishes. The machine could be converted to a chemical sanitize, it would use bleach in the rinse water instead of 180 degree water to sanitize.

Shutting down on rinse cycle

Hi this could means that you may need to replace the washing machine bearings. Once the bearings are bad, the motor overheats and it will automatically shut down after the first rinse.
