We plug this pump in, it starts to pump then sets off wall breakers. Why is this happening? We have plugged it in directly to 110 outlet and to outside plug ins and it keeps blowing switches

When devices with "Coils" or "Windings" in them cause circuit breakers to trip, it indicates breakdown of the insulation material on the WIRE in the windings to earth or between A.C. Active and Neutral . It only needs for one miniscule part of the insulation to break down for current to be able to jump from one winding to the other or to earth so as to cause tripping of the protective circuit breaker.
In your case, the only remedy is to either have the Winding "Re-wound" at an electric motor repair facility , or if a quote for repair is beyond your budget or wish to proceed, to invest in a new Pump. Same goes for any Motor driven equipment with the same kind of problem.

Lights went out breaker was thrower switched breaker to on several times when I came in tv would not come on electricity is good to it so is their a fuse and where is it on tv or is there a nother place on...

Pull the TV plug out of the electrical outlet. In fact, pull all plugs from all nearby receptacles. Try the circuit breaker. If it still trips, pull more plugs from the receptacles untill the circuit breaker no longer trips. Reverse the process to isolate the plug that is causing the circuit breaker to trip. Repair broken item.

Tv when plugged in trips main fuse box

If there is a short circuit inside the TV, the fuse should normally blow first before tripping your breaker. The only exception is if you have a short in the ac cord or the line filter of the TV set. Have you tried the tv on another circuit to see if it trips that breaker? If not, it could be that your first circuit is close to an overload and the TV is simply pushing the circuit "over the edge".

Sounds like the power surge may have blown the fuse in the TV. You can replace the fuse and see if that works. If not, more damage to the power supply unit may have occurred.
