From your R5103 it may be December 2003. Double check your numbers. You may have bought tires past their sell by date.

"OSD Lock" is the On Screen Display Lock, a feature designed to prevent you from accidentally changing any of the settings of the monitor. To disable the OSD lock, press and hold the menu button for 10-15 seconds.

Loosen the top screw holding printhead, it will drop down and you can remove the data and power cable. Reverse to install, but make sure the small dowel pins are seated flush in the printhead. There is no place to enter ohm value on 105SL.

I think you will also need to change the settings in the menu. Hold the l/h arrow key when powering on to access the menu. then change to correct p/h.
