Your model srf680cdls... does not respond domestically in the USA... If you provide your ACTUAL PART NUMBER I could attempt to check CRISPER availability ... here (you appear to have an "AU" model.

Just looking around the large plastic body would appear to cost about $60 (USA)... I'm pretty sure we share the MANY of the same internal part numbers..

defrost system MUST function automatically in order fro refrigeration to function. It sounds like you have a malfunction in the defrost system. Find the time and advance into defrost cycle. If defrost cycle begins (The fridge will stop running and water will start trickling after a few minutes), replace the timer. if not, you may have defective heater or defrost thermostat.

adjust your settings for what you keep in there...and you should be able to solve the problem

You may have have your freezer drain stopped up and when it goes into defrost, it melts and the water spills over to the lower section being the crisper. This is a simple fix. You just need to find out where the water is coming from .

The Cover hinge is misaligned, causing a no cool situation, the door switch and magnet are out of alignment, the door alarm is also on

The Blue arrow shows the hinge improperly aligned, the Yellow arrow shows the correct position of the hinge
Solution: Using pliers adjust the height of the hinge by pushing it down, the cover hinge will align properly as well as the door switch and the magnet, energizing cooling fan and
having refrigerator cooling properly.

check behind the drawers is there a water tank for water in thew door that would be my first guess

mar...you're box is set too cold. Use -17 C/38 F on the freezer side which is about 38F/4C on the fridge side. Use an outdoor thermometer and let it sit closed for at least a few hours. Adjust accordingly and this will work out. One adjustment is often the cold vents from the freezer into the fridge. If set too wide, too much cold air gets into the crisper and water lines.
