It will fit onto any lens with a 58mm filter thread. It can also be used on lenses with different size filter thread with the appropriate step-up/down adapter.

SOURCE: I want to get a manual also I want to purchase a

Manual can be downloaded free from here ....

A typical wide / tel lens kit listed on eBay. Note that either / both lenses require you to screw an adaptor tube around the existing lens, so that the lens extender mechanism can continue to function properly. (This kit includes it - some do not).

What adapter do i need to make a vivitar 52MM wide angle lens work with a Nikon D-3000 with a 18-135MM lens?

If you can fit a filter to the front of your lens, you could buy a wide angle adapter like a 0.5, with the screw size that fits your filter screw.
But the wide angle front lenses, were designed for compact camera's and video camera's And although the 18 mm could become like 12 mm, but you will introduce colour fringing, distortion and more , that can't be corrected in normal programs like Lightroom.
I used a wide angle 0,5x (52mm) Hama and a tele 1,5x from cannon, on my video and later on my canon powershot G9, to find I was looking for a DSLR. I never was quiet pleased with the results.

And yes, sometimes you can't go farther back, but then I shoot 2 or 3 pictures.
Now I use a 12 - 24 on my Nikon DSLR. Now I get the pictures I want in a quality that fits.
My 0,5 and 1,5 are somewhere in a box. I payed the same (new) for both as for my Sigma 12-24. With the sigma I do have fun.

Manual for PHD-67W wide angle lens with macro

There doesn't seem to be one.
You just screw the adapter onto the front of any lens with a 67mm filter thread and it will expand the field of view.

How do i set wide angle on my nikon d3100

You don't "set wide angle." Wide angle is not a function of your camera, it is dependent on the lens you use on your camera. You need a lens with a low focal length such as 24 mm.

Hi, I bought a CANON FD - 28 mm f 2.8 WIDE ANGLE LENS for my OH's eos 400D, he says it doesnt fit, its too small. Is there an adapter or anything or should I just look for the right one? Many thanks

Canon FD lenses date back to before the mid 1980's. They use a totally different mounting system to the later EOS mount which was a redesign to suit the needs of auto-focussing.

Unfortunately they are chalk and cheese: you cannot realistically fit an FD lens to an EOS camera.

Your fix is to sell the lens and to buy one with an EOS mount.

When I try and use my 72mm .45x wide angle lens there is a warped area in the center of the picture. When I look directly through the lens itself i see it too. Is there a way to fix this

No. It's an optical fault and is either a manufacturing defect or a design flaw.

Such problems are VERY common with ALL no-name brand supplementary screw-on lenses and not entirely uncommon even on branded similar models costing vastly more and intended for a specific make and model of camera.

Supplementary lenses are simply a get-you-by compromise, they will never be anywhere near as good in terms of image quality as a lens designed to be a wide angler or telephoto from the outset but will allow you to capture image which may otherwise be unattainable without a lot of additional expense and equipment.

I bought a nikon n55 camera body from ebay..not realizing it was just the body, of course! I then purchased a digital .45x wide angle lens with macro hd. But I still don't have all the parts I need, and...

If you have the N55 body, then all you need are at least one lens (almost any lens with a Nikon mount built in the last half-century will fit on it, except for the newer DX lenses which will cause vignetting), film (35mm), and batteries (two type CR2 lithium cells).

Optional accessories include (but are not limited to) a neckstrap, camera bag, filters, and more lenses.

The digital .45x wide angle adapter will not do you any good with the N55.

I HAVE A CANON EOS REBEL T2 35MM FILM CAMERA AND AM PURCHASING A CANON TI1. CAN I USE THE SAME LENS ON BOTH CAMERAS?

Yes, you should be able to use them. Be aware, moving to digital there is a 1.6 crop factor. The means your 100 mm lens will have the field of view (FOV) of a 160 mm. No, it does not mean it is a 160 mm it is the fFOV is the same as a 160 mm. Also, at the other end is were you will most want to purchase a wide angle lens.
Example: your 28 mm film lens now has the FOV of 44.8, not wide angle. As you can see wide angle is where the move to digital crop sensor cameras lose out. To get back to wide angel you would need a 17 mm lens, that would give you 27.2 mm FOV.
To figure FOV take the lens multiply it by the crop factor. On a Canon it is 1.6, on a Nikon it is 1.5, the 4/3 sensor is 2.0.
