Bluetooth peripherial device needs to install

Have you opened the Device Manager to see if the Bluetooth device is listed? Try Acer Support: http://www.acer.com/worldwide/support/

then its two things. its either you don't have Bluetooth device installed on your laptop or u've not installed a bluetooth driver. please make you have these things installed on your laptop.

R_click on my computer>Properties>Hardware>Device manager>uninstall all the usb ,one after one .
After UN install all the usb, restart your PC .
If the problem , is same as before ,
Insert your OS in the cd tray > press Win key + R>type sfc /scannow (please take a space between sfc and front slash)>hit enter .Again you will restart the PC.

Step 2 Access your Bluetooth Device settings. When the Control Panel opens, click on the settings link that reads, "Bluetooth Devices." This link will display all of the possible actions and settings you can take regarding your laptop's Bluetooth technology.

Step 3 Configure your laptop's Bluetooth technology. Select the "Start the Bluetooth Device" action. The blue and white Bluetooth icon will appear in the Windows System tray within the computer desktop's taskbar.

Step 4 Network with another device in order to import and export files. Double-click on the blue and white Bluetooth icon on your computer desktop's taskbar. A Bluetooth dialog window will appear on your screen displaying your Bluetooth technology portal. Click on the "Add Devices" action. You will then be asked if your laptop would like to search for other compatible devices. Click "Next" to proceed. You will be prompted to choose a passkey for the pairing. Create a simple passkey and click on the "Pair" option. When the notification is received by the other device, enter the same passkey to pair the device to your laptop.

i am using lenovo 3000 g430, and i am fall in problem about bluetooth,
i am already install xp and vista, but when i install the bluetooth driver
one warning message show me "bluetooth device not detected"
my bluetooth device switch is on but indicator led light still off,
please help me , how can i use bluetooth in this laptop.

this problem is due to the improper driver for bluetooth module in your laptop . pls install proper driver and software .your problem will be solved .

You need to install the bluetooth software, if you have a disk, install from there. Otherwise look on the manufacturers website for the drivers and other software you may want. the bluetooth device itself is just the hardware, you need both the software and the hardware, good luck,
PS, also mention what operating system you have, because XP doesn't support it even though it will work on XP, that's a MSFT thing,they would rather say they don't support something than have it work properlly with their software

Uninstall the driver. Shutdown the unit then insert the bluetooth adapter and then reinstall driver.

If not then check settings of your firewall or antivirus.

this is caused by a piece of hardware.the program needed to install it is missing.if you have recently added a blutooth device try to find the device driver files for it.the original cd or the website will contain these.

1. Save any work open and close all programs.

3. Click I'm looking for drivers and downloads .
   
   
   
4. Under Choose by Service Tag click Enter a Tag , then type in the computer's Service Tag number, click Go in the green oval .
   
   
   • When the default values are not correct, click the to the right of Operating System or Driver Language and select the desired value.
     
     
   
   
5. Click the to the right of Category, then click Network in the list of categories that appears.
   
   
   
6. Click Download Now to the right of Wireless Internal Bluetooth® Module.
   
   
   
7. In the File Download - Security Warning window, click Save.
   
   
   • Write down the filename, it will be needed later.
   
   
   
8. Click Desktop on the left under the navigation bar of the Save As window, then click Save.

19. In the Vista Profile Pack Bluetooth InstallShield Wizard Welcome window, click Next.
    
    
    
20. In the Ready to Install the Bluetooth Profile Pack window, click Install.
    The Installing the Vista Bluetooth Profile Pack screen appears and closes.
    
    
    
21. In the One Click Download Firmware Upgrade window, click OK.
    
    
    • A message to plug the computer in to A/C power may appear. If so, provide the computer with A/C power before proceeding.
    
    The Dell Bluetooth module's firmware is updated and the installation of the Vista Bluetooth Profile Pack continues.
    
    
22. In the Vista Bluetooth Profile Pack InstallShield Wizard Completed window, click Finish.
    
    
    
23. In the Vista Profile Pack Installer Information window, click Yes.
    The computer restarts.

this would work for dell 1525 with vista and xp please note that the perihepral device is nothing but the device which you are connecting, will have its own device please check you must have a driver in the manual or it would already be installed in device as soon as you connect it should work after this steps
