The freezer drawer does not pull out far enough to remove the baskets. It appears there is another two inches or more that the rail slides should extend but it stops short. Manual directions state to remove the door you have to remove the basket to access the 10mm hex screws but since the bottom basket can't be removed it's not possible.

The red and green basket lights are your filter status. it works on a timer from when the fridge is new or reset it. when you change a filter or just want to get rid of the rid light and make it green again, press and hold the ice type / change filter button for about 5 seconds. it will then go back to green. It will stay green for 6 months from that time when it will go red again.

try checking the freezer door seal.
if slight gap anywhere around the door seal drawer fronts will frost up.
warm seal up with hair dryer and ease seal out with your hands..

The problem is on your fan motor. This fan will automatically off when the door open. It has the switch that activated by the door. Please check and fix your fan, since it work with strong noise. The problem is usually on its bearing.

2 Remove upper and lower baskets.
3 Remove screws one in each rail marked on side of rail.
4 Lift the front of the drawer up to remove the drawer.
