I finally figured it out! 2020!! Turn off the keyboard. Hold the enter button, and press power. Press YES to reset! That will completely reset it as if it were new!

It's doubtful it's a problem that a reset would help. It sounds more like a problem with the contact on that specific key. I suggest taking it to the repair shop.
You don't need to reset factory.
You just need to change the setting of LOCAL CONTROL.
Lets start ::: While holding TONE / SETTING button,press key D#7 at 7th octave (highest octave on the right hand). Then release. That's all.
Then the sound must be heard..
i dont think there is actually a way to do it. But if there is it is in the manual which i have supplied a link to. i scanned through it but didn't see anything about it. What problem might you be having in need of a reset?
