From my experience working with their Video Converter. About 2 years ago I was under WinXP. I thought that my system was clean, I wasn't worried about anything. But just unexpectedly I had several crashes of my favorite programs. I ran CCleaner and fixed it. Than I bought a new machine with Win7 and I had some troubles with crashing of their Converter. I contacted with [email protected] and resolved my situation within 2 days. Now I'm happy!
I use freemake video converter, it works great. If you get it open the video you want on your V-Touch. Once you have added the video file to freemake, click on "to AVI" and click on the drop down box, chose TV quality, and hit convert. Once its done drag the new file to "video" file on the V-Touch. You can get the freemake video converter free from their website: http://www.freemake.com/
