I can not sign up to facebook every time i do it say my e-mail address is disabled why

you have to contact facebook or you have to ask fro a new password to be sent to your main E-mail account you used when you first signed up for face book..

Become Unblocked on Facebook
When you are blocked by someone on Facebook, there are few options to unblock yourself. In fact, unless the person unblocks you on their own, you can't become unblocked on your own.
There is one thing that you can do, that requires setting up a new Facebook account.
You can use your same name, but you must sign up with a different email address.
Once the new account is set up, you can proceed to contact the person who blocked you.

so open a email address of your own then. use google mail www.gmail.com click on register
then once you have done that use the email address you have created in gmail to sign up to facebook

1.well if you have lost your password then just provide the e mail address to facebook website and you will recieve a link to reset your password in your e mail address
2.if you are unable to reset your account's password by this method then probably your account has been hacked ask some of your friends who are added on facebook in your account to report against your account explaining "this account is hacked"

first, you need to create a new email address and that email address is the one you'll be using to create an account with facebook. without a valid email account, you cannot sign up for facebook. later on, once you sign up on facebook, the system will ask you to verify your email address based on what you submitted to them.

there is a deactivate option in facebook which deactivates your account.but your personal information will remain....

if that address was showing, it indicates that was the last person to sign into facebook. did you leave your computer unlocked? maybe someone was on it without you knowing.
