Unfortunately, I purchased the same tablet and found it to be junk as well. I returned it and was sent an M9200...just as bad, so they refunded my money and I still have the terribly, slow tablet. Try resetting the tablet by uncovering the tiny hole to reset it covered by a small sticker on the back of the tablet.
Go into Settings/Applications/All and find Google Services Framework and clear the cache (if any) and clear data.
Disable DRM Protected Content Storage and Media Storage in your Apps list.
Or if either of those fails, uninstall latest update [until you get to the latest properly working update] or factory reset
