suggest downloading as many Android media players onto the TV from Google playstore and try them all. There will be some AVI files that just don't play on Android you might be able to convert avi to another video format with a file converter program.
Suggest VLC player but it is troublesome on android operating systems.

some videos just won't convert so u need to get another converter like winavi converter. try and change it to wmv, it works more often.
as for the pictures just change format using paint or something
