If it does not fit in the slot, it's the wrong slot! It may be a PCI-e slot you are trying to insert the audio card into. It is very similar, but will only accept PCI-e cards. If your computer has a PCI-e slot, it should at least have one PCI slot as well (but, not all do).

Go to http://www.m-audio.com and select the firewire 410, then select windows xp (64 bit) and make sure that you check the box "Show Beta Versions". There's been a beta driver since 2005 ;-)

SOURCE: How to use ISA Slot in PCI Slot

There is an adapter available if you look on computer sites for product purchases, try to google it as there or companies than make such items, might be harder to find as PCI and ISA are older connectors and even AGP is begin phased out an PCI express is the lading connector. Google ISA to PCI adapter and see what you can get your compangies to pruchases from. Your local computer hardware shop might have it call first and ask before driving out there, If you find nothing try calling Tigerdirect as they might have older stock, you never know, If to no avail you will have to try and locate an older Motherboard with the two conncectors on it and run that if possible, or find this certain ISA card you're talking about in PCI. Good luck! :)

Computer Crashes Error Code: Kernel-Power 41 (63)

The problem may still be your audio. If you go into the bios and switch the audio off and the problem disappears then you will need a separate audio card in a PCI slot.

I have a sound blaster audigy 24 bit 7.1 sound card . it worked fine on windows xp but when i inserted the card in the slot for my new computer on windows 7 it says that no card was found :/ when i install...

Move the card to a different pci slot on the motherboard. It may have a conflict with another device. Make sure there is no power to the pc when you do this. If you still have the problem after trying all the slots then i suggest you empty all of them and just try the audio card on its own. If it works then fit the card/s you removed into other slots. good luck.

What type of video card can I use on this motherboard? D945GZIS AGP? PCI? PCI EXPRESS?

Your MoBo has (1) of each PCI Express x1 & and PCI Express x16 slots, and (2) standard PCI slots. There are NO AGP bus slots on this board. You'd want to use buy a PCI Express x16 video card instead of a PCI video card due to the better performance offered by the PCI Express cards.

Windows does not see the Nvidia G100 video card in the PCI-E slot. Does not even show up in device manager. Tried to install drivers, but the driver installer says that I don't have any compatible hardware...

Do you have another computer to try it out in? It might be that either the card isn't working, the PCI slot is not working, or the card isn't compatible with the motherboard.
