This error code is part of the DST (Disk Self Test). Unfortunately that particular error code is telling you that there are previous errors in the log. There are multiple things that can easily lead to hard drive errors.
The first thing I would do is a checkdisk. To initiate this, open My Computer. Right-Click on the C:/ drive and select Properties. Click on the tab that says Tools. And there is an option that says "check now" under Error Checking. Select both options on this tab: Automatically fix file system errors and Scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors.
This will likely give you a message saying it's unable to check now and will ask to do so on the next reboot. Restart your system and wait for the scan to finish. After this, check your logs and see if you're still getting the same errors.
