If the 380 is listed, there will be additional information there ... if it is not listed, you are probably out of luck using this printer with your nedw OS.
It's compatible, If i am right, you haven't downloaded or installed the drivers for windows 7. If you need, you can download it from here..

Installation Also note once you get the driver if you are using a USB cable to connect it to the PC, that you install it like this:
1. Make sure the USB cable is not connected to the PC but connected to the Printer 2. Install the driver 3. When prompted then plug the USB cable into the USB port on the PC to complete the installation process.
When you plug in the printer, it will auto install a driver available from the net, it might not have the features of your current driver but it will make it work.
