Maybe your RAM doesnt fit each other, check the series, PC, or even the vendor,...if it is not working try to format your PC, or maybe one of your RAM is broken

You can't. At least without taking it back to Apple and having it upgraded. The VRAM is "Video RAM" this is hardware and Apple are notorious about making things difficult to upgrade for consumers.
amd processor? yes you can upgrade it and do not install the 256mb ram together with the 1 gb memory that you want to upgrade, better use the 1GB alone,
Yes, you can add it. The faster 1 GB will be downclocked to the speed of the slower 256MB.
But it would be better for performance to remove the 256 MB one completely.
I have installed RAM of 256MB each (2slots total 512MB ) and system BOOTS UP, but it keeps restarted on every 5 minutes.

YAS IS GOOD YOU CAN UPGRADE YOUR MEMMORY TI 1GB ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS GET THE EXACT TYPE OF WHAT YOUR MOTERBOARD IS USING eg IF YOUR MOTHERBOARD IS USING DD RAM GET 1GB DD RAM IF IT SD RAM YOUR BOARD USES THEN GET SD RAM. IT GONNA BE FINE WHEN YOU UPGRADE IT WILL PARFECT YOUR PC PERFORMANCE.
It is not seieng the ram, try swapping the ram around or leave out the 128MB, just put in 256MB, if no boot then the ram is not compatible or faulty, not all ram sticks work in all motherboards.
