Error Code 016-370 in general appears due to outdated firmware installed. This error generally appears with an error message to restart your computer. To fix this error:

You need to turn off your printer first.

Next connect it via USB cables with computer.

After doing so, push the cancel button followed by holding it simultaneously.

Now switch on your printer and look for the message "Download Mode Ready".

Finally, initiate the firmware upgrade process.

Remove the existing printer and drivers from the PC. Power the PC off (don't just restart) wait a few minutes (or pull the plug for 30 seconds). Reason to pull the cord, you want it to flush any buffers that might still hold printer information.

Reconnect, once on, reinstall the printer from scratch. That should put a stop to the error.

Testimonial: "Hi thanks for your reply but actually the problem persists in all the pc's in the network from a particular banking website there is no other problem with the printer except with that particular website. Thanks"

I used to run into this all the time. There are a few different things to try; What browser and what version are you running? I had a couple of site that were incompatable with IE 10 and 11, but if you ran them in compatability mode it would work. Another trick is to use a generic print driver for that site only. I would use an HP5 or HP4100. The printer won't care that the drivers are not Dell; however you won't have full functionality (but you only want to print)

To test it, just setup that printer locally to a PC and use the HP drivers. Go to the site and try printing. If it works, set up a "Bank of XYZ" printer on the server, and tell everyone to use that for just that site. It does work, I've done it many times.

My Dell 3115cn MFP prints 3 blank pages between prints or copies if I print more than 1 copy how do I fix this? What is causing it?

I will do first a full printer cleaning, that mean take off all dust and anything can that can be inside the printer (ex.bugs and dirt accumulation).
Second try to locate the printer rollers and check if they are in good condition.Printer rollers need to be in good condition because those are the parts that move the paper inside the printer.
Also when you feed the papers into the feeder make sure you air the paper so they don,t stick together.

Colour printing is too dark

Adjustments are in your OS (Windows) under printer properties (options) when printing doc. Menus differ with printer, so you may have to do a little navigating.
