Time running & OK, but LCD display frozen with "H-S ET" displayed. Can't get out of this display.

The reset will always solve the issue. It may have been due to Electromagnetic Interference or Static Electricity.
You can press and hold ALL buttons at the same time for 10-15 seconds. After that, simply reset the time/date. All saved information will be stored.

Did you try pressing the buttons on the side top bottom top
If there are no reactions to any buttons, reset the
wrist unit by pressing all the buttons
simultaneously for two seconds. All other settings
except time and date will be saved.
