SOURCE: Frozen Display

Hello,

The reset will always solve the issue. It may have been due to Electromagnetic Interference or Static Electricity.

You can press and hold ALL buttons at the same time for 10-15 seconds. After that, simply reset the time/date. All saved information will be stored.

If you are still having a problem feel free to contact Polar Customer Support @ www.polarusa.com.

Hope this helps.

If yours is like mine, there are four buttons on the watch. These are at 10, 2, 4 and 8 o'clock. Hit the 8 o'clock 6 times. You get a digital readout of time and the letters HS. Then press and hold the 10 o'clock until it flashes. Then use the 2 and 4 o'clock buttons to advance or ****** the analog hands. Hold them for fast advance/******. Momentary push for fine adjustment.
