Only service tech can correct your HDTV. YOu can contact the vendor of your HDTV maybe they service tech that cater your problems. But anyway refer to your manual convergence reset or try unplug it for a while the plug it again.

If you do not have owner manual Google the model number with "manual" to get it.

You can also Google the model for "lamp timer reset", These sets I have worked on but never needed to reset the timer.

You may have to do a reset in service mode....sorry - don't have the guide but it should be in the usermanual for this model.

Unplug,replug about an hour later should reset it self to factory setting.

that's definitely a faulty mains board.

Usually in your menu under picture controls at the bottom, should be a reset option. Most all sets do, especially Samsung. Let me know if you can't find it?

With the tv off, press on the remote Mute,1,8,2,Power
This enters the service menu.
The factory reset option is in there.
