SOURCE: Phone shuts off by itself

I read online that Motorola shipped a big batch of defective phones. Don't buy another phone or battery. Take the phone back to where you bought it and they should give you a new one.

SOURCE: phone not holding charge with new battery

Hello,

Have you try to use another charger to charge and it doesn't hold charge? if yes., no problem because it be that your charger is bad. But since it does not charge with another charger, it means the charging port is bad.

The problem with the phone is the charging port, the charging port of your phone is not charging the phone that is why it doesn't hold any charge,

All you need to do is to change the charging port of your phone and you will see that your phone will hold charge.

Take care.

I need a new battery if you have in stock, I'd like to purchase it. The battery goes flat after every 3 calls and 4 sms, I'm desparately in need of a new battery for this model, LG KP260.

Contact your service provider that you got the phone from. Most if not all phone carriers offer free replacement batteries. And most carriers will send it to you free of charge

Phone dead after overnite charge

It sounds like your phone battery is no longer holding a charge. If the battery is less than a year old, go to a store location for your carrier and see if they will replace. Otherwise you will have to purchase a new battery.

My phone wont hold a charge

Battery is done. Won't hold charge. Get a new battery at Fry's or elsewhere if your phone isn't ancient and you love it. Try to find a lithium-ion. I used to buy replacement batteries from Belkin on my older phones and they were quite good. If your phone is ancient, can't find battery or phone is just outdated get a new phone from your carrier. From free with new contract all the way to a few-hundred dollars for a smart phone. You may even have an upgrade discount waiting with your carrier. You'll find something in between that suits you.

Every time i turn on my blackberry 8320 it says battery drained.

It is the main board. If you have phone insurance through your carrier they should be able to replace it. Otherwise there is not much you can do aside from purchase of a new phone.

The phone will not charge

Try replacing the battery for $10-20 bucks. If that doesn't work consider having the phone worked on. Also, double check and see if you have insurance on your phone. Here is an excellent resource for new cell phones, they have great customer care and offer a very wide selection of the most popular phones from the major carriers. RAZR V3m shutting down randomly

You may try putting a small, thin piece of b under the battery directly on top of the small metal tab, put the battery back in, see if this pressure is enough to keep your phone on.
Sometimes the cell phone deals people are getting on Ebay actually result in more frustration and disappointment.

You may consider cutting your loss and purchasing a new phone, or getting a FREE phone from one of the major carriers.

I highly recommend the following company for getting your next phone, the customer service is excellent and the selection is great. I also recommend folks in getting insurance on their new phones as well. I hope this helps you, best wishes :)

Phone won't turn on. Tried a new battery and

If you have already tried using another battery and the device still fails to turn on/and or function correctly, then most likely your experiencing hardware issues.

I would check with your carrier in regards to any possible service/repair diagnostic test. Visit your nearest carrier's service center and filter your best options. You may still be under warranty with Motorola. Explore Motorola's website for manufacturer warranty information.

Sorry for the trouble. Thanks.

Wont charge/hold a charge

That definitely is a battery issue. The battery is either Low Soc or it is a failed battery. Most batteries on PDA's usually fail within a year because of the immense amount of use the phone has and the majority of the time the batteries are smaller in a PDA. Take your battery to a service center if one is in your area or call your carrier and inquire about the warranty on batteries (usually 1-year).

Pink Chocolate battery problem

The problem could be one of two things - the phone, or your charger.

Most likely the problem is with the phone, since it's pretty rare for a charger to cause problems this severe. I would recommend taking it into your carrier's local store and trying to get it replaced.
