I've a whirlpool sixth sense washer and the clean pump light comes on mid cycle. I've cleaned the pump filter, cleaned the pump, checked the pipes for blockages, and today replaced the pump, only to fine 28 minutes in the the cycle the clean pump light comes on!!!! At end of my tether, any and all help appreciated. Thanks

Probably a blocked filter, outlet pipe or pump.
Take the drain hose and lay it flat and lower then the level of the drum and this will drain the machine providing the blockage is not solid. When machine is empty check filter , pipes and pump and remove any blockage found.
Replace drain hose and you should then be able to carry on with your wash or spin the clothes.

This issue usually occurs due to kinked drain pipe, clogged drain filter or drain pump. First make sure that the drain is not clogged and remove clogs if present. If no visible lint is present then remove the lower front access panel to check the drain filter and drain pump for any clogs, you'll need to clean the drain filter and drain pump completely. Hello, try to checked the pump filter, and the pump is actually working. then I would suspect a draining problem.
If filter clean and pump works fine then it could be a control module fault. if this were the case, then it would probably be wiser to purchase a new washer.

The filter is part of the pump right at the front of the machine.
Maybe the pipe waste is blocked?

Remove the 3 screws at the bottom of the front panel under the washer door. Your filter door will be light brown. If you find a hose there it is to drain out excess water (water that could not be drained by your pump) After you hv drained unscrew the cap and remove all the junk inside. Have a large plastic bag to catch junk and water. Refit carefully after cleaning out. If not solved, something shd be blocking your pump, check this out. F-21 filter blocked.

The filter on your pump is probably clogged with lint and stuff. You have to remove the bottom front panel, 3 torx screws underneath. The panel will drop and come off. Drain off the excess water from the drain pipe you see. The white filter cover is right in front. Get yourself a good plastic bag to collect water. Unscrew the filter cover and twist the filter out. Clean out all the stuff and put it back in carefully. Check your pump too, comes after the filter.

The pump is at the lower left of the front of the machine covered by a white plate. Use a bowl to catch any remaining water when opening the screw thread inside and then clean and replace. If it is truely beyond repair then a new filter pump can be bought from ebay for £3 or thereabouts.

I have just drained mine manually in this way and am going to run it empty with soda crystals to glean a few more days use whilst the new pump arrives.

This happens to me every time i put a load in, try giving the door an extra nudge to close it, just give it a firm push where the handle to open it is. hope that helps!
