The blade can be removed possibly with your hands, if you can manage to turn it, if not then find something that will fit into those little holes of the blade to turn it, and then take it apart, but remember in what order. to put it together: the grey thing with the spout attached goes on first, then the orange basket, then the blade, but don't turn it too tight, just look for the indicator marks and line them up with the arrows, then the black lid, and then the pulp basket.make sure that the black lid in the back, goes INTO the pulp collector, it is not very far, but if it is not done like this, then your machine will not work. then you raise and lock the bar into place and put the pusher into the feeding tube. hope that helps.

How do you disassemble the jack lalane juicer?

You use your Orange cresent tool with the 2 metal thingies on the bottom of it. Take off the top of the juicer. Then get the tool and then stick the tool where you see the two holes. Hold down the spinning like grater, and use the tool to turn counter clock wise. Once you do that the Middle part will come off.

Taking the Jack Lalane power juicer apart

Maybe its the orange tool you're talking about. The tool has two ends. It fits in the blade. The blade has 2 holes. Fit it in the 2 holes and turn it to screw the blade out. Careful not to cut your hands.

Jack lalane juicer

All in the name of health I said a lot of bad words, except that I know I never toss out my owner's manuals. I finally went to find my juicer model number when I noticed that the box said that it came with a recipe book (!) so I ran to my recipe book cupboard and sure enough the owner's manual was with it. (Maybe yours is there..)
Anyway, the key is this "crescent wrench." Doesn't look like a normal crescent wrench at all, but the handle is shaped like a crescent moon. It has two little pegs that stick out and fit into the two holes in the top of the blade, Then it twisted counter-clock-wise, the blade **still screwed into the piece underneath it, then it easily comes out, as do the other parts inside. It was just that rotten little "wrench" piece WHICH, I might add, is unique to my model. If you download the other owner's manual that's online, it doesn't mention any such tool for their model. (sorry, I can't find a model # for mine. There is a "V3 52803" on the back of the manual if that's the model.) Good luck. Hope this helps you. Happy, and healthy juicing.
p.s. in the end...it's all about Jesus.

Taking apart Jack Lalne power juicer to clean.

There are two holes on the surface of the blade. When the juicer was bought, it came with a half moon shaped orange tool that has two posts that fit into these two holes.

By inserting the tool into these holes you can unscrew the blade from the machine as long as you hold the outer screen while doing so.

Once this is done, you simply lift the other pieces off.

If you can't find your orange two prong tool, i would suggest using a screw driver or two that fit into the hole(or two)..... hold the orange screen and turn the blade counter-clockwise..

Hope this helps
