Jitterbugs are great, Floating Rapala Minnows too. These have done great for me.
Jitterbugs are lunker lures under bridges on rivers. The big ones know that fledglings fall in from time to time and make big meals! These fallins have accounted for a lot of great action on my line!

A arbocast hulapopper works. try a creme worm with a propeller on the harness. . they are cheap and work well
I agree- Jitterbugs work well, especially at night. Use a black Jitterbug, reel it in a yard or 2, then let it sit for a little bit. Continue the process. Bass are like cats- they like the noise, and become very interested when the bait stops then goes again...
